Ingredients
- 250 grams paneer, cubed
- 2 tablespoons oil or ghee
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds

Instructions
- In a large pan, heat the oil or ghee over medium heat. Once hot, add the cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- Next, add the finely chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
- Stir in the green chilies and ginger-garlic paste, cooking for another 2-3 minutes until the raw smell disappears.
- Add the pureed tomatoes and cook until the oil begins to separate from the mixture, about 5-7 minutes.
- Now, season the mixture with turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for a couple of minutes.
- Once the spices are well blended, gently add the paneer cubes to the pan, stirring carefully to coat them in the sauce.
- Pour in the cream (or coconut milk) and sprinkle garam masala on top. Reduce the heat and let the curry simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Finally, garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
