Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef (or plant-based substitute)
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Slider buns
- Cheese slices (optional)
- Your choice of toppings (lettuce, tomato, pickles, etc.)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, milk, egg, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Form the mixture into small patties, about the size of your slider buns. You should get around 8 patties.
- If you’re using cheese, place a slice on top of each patty during the last minute of cooking to let it melt.
- Cook the patties on the grill or skillet for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
- Once cooked, remove the patties from the heat and let them rest for a minute.
- Assemble your sliders by placing the patty on the bottom half of the slider bun. Add your favorite toppings and the top bun.
- Serve immediately and enjoy the burst of flavors!
