Strawberry Oreo Crunch Pound Cake
This pound cake is not only visually stunning but also layers a crunchy Oreo topping with creamy strawberry goodness. It’s perfect for any occasion or just to enjoy at home.

Ingredients:
For the cake:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup milk
For the Oreo crunch layer:
- 1 package of Oreos, crushed
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
For the strawberry layer:
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a bundt pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour and baking powder. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk until just combined.
- Pour half of the batter into the prepared bundt pan. Layer the crushed Oreos evenly on top, then pour the remaining batter over the Oreos.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let it cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
- While the cake cools, prepare the strawberry layer. In a bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Fold in the sliced strawberries.
- Once the cake is cool, serve slices topped with the strawberry mixture. Enjoy your delicious Strawberry Oreo Crunch Pound Cake!
