  • 1 ripe avocado, mashed
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped pistachios

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed avocado, coconut sugar, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
