Delicious Homemade Brownies
When you’re craving something sweet and chocolaty, these brownies are the perfect choice. Rich, fudgy, and oh-so-decadent, they are sure to become a staple in your dessert rotation.

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour an 8×8 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
- In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Once melted, remove it from the heat and stir in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- In another bowl, sift together the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring just until combined. Be careful not to overmix!
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly with a spatula.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs (but not wet batter).
- Once done, remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for about 10 minutes. Then, transfer the brownies to a wire rack to cool completely before cutting them into squares.
These brownies are perfect served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or simply on their own. Enjoy a slice (or two) and share the joy of homemade treats with those you love!
