- 1 pound ground beef (or turkey)
- 1 (15 oz) can of corn, drained
- 1 (15 oz) can of black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (14 oz) can of diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 packet of taco seasoning
- 4 cups of Doritos, crushed
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or a blend)
- 1 cup of sour cream
