Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 3 cups cooked and shredded chicken
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (optional)
- Additional cheese for topping
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined.
