Ingredients:
- 1 lb halibut fillets, cooked and flaked
- 1 cup breadcrumbs, plus more for coating
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine the flaked halibut, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, and parsley.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, beaten egg, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
