- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain excess fat.
