Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced thinly
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2-3 tablespoons chili paste (adjust to taste)
- 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sliced green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine sliced chicken, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Mix well and let it marinate for about 15 minutes.
