Impossibly Easy Cheeseburger Pie

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 3/4 cup Original Bisquick® mix
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- First off, you wanna preheat that oven to 400°F (200°C). Get it nice and hot!
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with the chopped onion over medium heat. Cook it until it’s all browned up, about 5 to 7 minutes.
