  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 4 large eggs, beaten
  • 8 Chinese pancakes or tortillas
  • Hoisin sauce, for serving

Instructions

  1. Begin by marinating the sliced pork tenderloin in soy sauce and sesame oil for about 20 minutes.
  2. In a large skillet or wok over medium heat, add a drizzle of oil and stir-fry the garlic and ginger until fragrant.
