  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the eggs and granulated sugar. Beat with a whisk or an electric mixer until the mixture is thick, pale, and fluffy.
  3. In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
