- 2 lbs of beef tripe, cleaned and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 lb of beef shank, cut into pieces
- 6 cups of beef broth

- 1 carrot, diced
- 2 potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 can of diced tomatoes (14 oz)
