  • 4 hoagie rolls
  • Shredded lettuce

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, soak the peeled and deveined shrimp in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes. This helps add moisture and flavor to the shrimp.
  2. In another bowl, combine the flour, cornmeal, cayenne pepper, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
