  • 8 oz (225g) of lardons or bacon, diced
  • 1 cheese wheel of Reblochon (or similar cheese), cut into slices
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and add the sliced potatoes. Cook until just tender, about 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
