Easy Vegan Banana Bread

- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/3 cup melted coconut oil or vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup non-dairy milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- Optional: 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5 inch (23×13 cm) loaf pan.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.
- Add the melted coconut oil (or vegetable oil) to the mashed bananas and mix until combined.
- Stir in the brown sugar, non-dairy milk, and vanilla extract, mixing until well blended.
