Ingredients:
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup mashed bananas
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (like walnuts or almonds)
- 1/2 cup dried fruits (such as raisins or cranberries)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, mashed bananas, applesauce, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Stir until well combined.
